Electrical Power Industry Award 2020

The Electrical Power Industry Award 2020 covers employers throughout Australia in the electrical power industry and their employees in the classifications listed in clause 12 and Schedule A. The electrical power industry includes the generation, transmission, distribution, and retail supply of electrical power, as well as the mining, processing, and treatment of brown coal for power generation. Additionally, it includes the retail supply of gas and other utility services by employers primarily engaged in the electrical power industry. The award does not cover contractors covered by the Electrical, Electronic and Communications Contracting Award 2020, the Building and Construction General On-site Award 2020, or the Mobile Crane Hiring Award 2020.
