Local Government Industry Award 2020

The Local Government Industry Award 2020 covers employers throughout Australia in the local government industry and their employees in the classifications listed in Schedule A—Classification Definitions. Local government industry encompasses all activities undertaken by local government entities, including those by corporations controlled by one or more local government entities. However, this award does not cover the chief executive officer of a local government entity, nurses, doctors, early childhood teachers (university qualified), or local government associations and their employees.
