The Vehicle Repair, Services and Retail Award 2020 covers employers throughout Australia of employees engaged in the vehicle repair, services, and retail industry, including activities such as selling, distributing, dismantling, repairing, servicing, customising, and towing of motor vehicles, and the sale and supply of motor fuels and tyres. This award does not cover employers in car parks that only supply petrol and oil without providing repairs and servicing facilities, or those covered by specific modern awards such as the Clerks—Private Sector Award 2020 or relevant public sector awards.
